Depending on your canvas size or the luminance characteristics of your source image you may need to adjust the brush size or pattern spacing in the individual paint action steps for these PASeq presets for optimal results. But hopefully these presets can give you some ideas about different approaches to building woodcut effects.
And of course we're just scratching the surface here, there are many other ways to build these kinds of effects. Don't forget the Texture Synthesizer, the Line Screen Ip Ops, or MSG, neither of which are included here. And there's many other ways you could configure the paint synthesizer to build woodcut or engraving effects.
