  You could use the MSG action step associated with the delaunay triangulation preset i posted to do the TSP path optimization part. Rather than using the adaptively placed black dots generated by the paint synthesizer as input to the MSG effect, use something like Color Edge or Edge ip ops to generate a black edge effect on a white background. Then use that as the input to the MSG effect.
