I think it's Pos/Neg for Outline Type, maybe 70% for the PosNeg Adjust.
There's some kind of a straighten Region Effect turned on. I don't remember which one.
I usually use a Mix of 70% for this kind of thing.
Normally i use Min Composite with the Background Fill set to None so the black overlays, but i think i used Replace composite with the Background Fill set to White by accident on this, and then liked how the black outlines popped out with a more subtle photo collage whitened backings.
This particular image was interesting, because the full 100% opacity photo collage version i initially tried was not as visually effective as the reduced opacity one i ended up posting here.
I can tell that the darker the image will take away from it, the opacity level plus the vector look outline make the image. The great thing about this is the potential of a story telling series. one message thru a 100 pictures many posibilities. once again genius great work!!!
