Using one of the CD Media oil brushes with:
Watershed regionize, Path shape using: path start regionization; outline skeleton frame without stylize effect.
Brush load using: Type image processing ;Canvas expansion;Foldover Darken and AdaptiveThreshhold Algorithms.
