Studio Artist V5.5 also has a new SmartClip feature we're working into various op modes. We'll be expanding this feature out over time, and it has lot's of interesting potential uses in gallery show.
So here's a vector texture generated from the Texture Synthesizer. I'm deriving the coloring off of the current source image.
So now i turn on SmartClip with a default setting. SmartClip tries to intelligently clip the internal effect generation, in this case it's clipping the vector generation process. It's also working off of the source image in this particualr example. And now you get this.
This is just a simple default setting. We're setting up a mechanism for it so you have essentially endless control over it.
