I think it's a modification i made to the New : Text Render TextTagBlockExp1 PASeq factory preset that's included with 4.02. I'm not doing the second autopaint step that paints the text words in the blocks. And i'm incorporating a sequence of steps where i set the selection to the source and then interactively warp using something like the the selection modulate rotate warp.
And then i probably processed that with one of the Cleanup favorites, probably the Enhance_ifRough_noGrad paseq. That uses Smart Blur to smooth edges, then uses a few Blur ip ops with Edge1 compositing to sharpen, then Image COmpressor to boost contrast a little.
