Hi everyone. I'm making a music video and being rather new to Studui Artist, I'm running into some problems. I'm trying to follow the tutorial video on automatic rotoscoping, and if I use the example video included in the SA a installation, everything works fine. But when I try to open a short sample video of my own, it doesn't load. But there is no error message, the only indication is that I don’t get the canvas size dialog, and the video doesn't show up in the image preview. I tried both .mp4 and .mov versions of the same file, but no dice. Searching the manual also revealed nothing. What's going on? Oh and I have a ton more questions.

is it a quicktime movie?
Originally a .mov file, I also tried converting it to .mp4 but no luck.
I wrote tech support and found that the default pre4ferences settings were incorrect. Set them a little differently and now everything works! These were the default settings:
I changed Image Frame Format to .PNG, Movie Codec to H.264 and both FPS setting to 30, it worked.
