Here's the Morpholizer settings i used for this particular effect. You can play around with the Color Space Options, the first 3 Smoothing and Spread controls, and the Mix amount to adjust what it's doing. You would want to keep for algorithm set to Range Maximize for this kind of effect (since it acts like an adaptive high pass filter with this setting).

You can use the Bias/Gain interactive Adjust if you want to boost the contrast. And the Smooth ip op works well if you get any noise or stair-stepping artifacts you want to smooth out
