Trey Gunn Soliciting Animators.

I'm just passing this on in case any Studio Artist animators are interested in participating. Trey Gunn (bass player for some versions of King Crimson) has begun solicting filmmakers and animators to add visuals to the tracks for his new CD "Music for Pictures."     There are some interesting behind the scenes video podcasts here. Doesn't look like it's any of the Music for Pictures music, but still there's some interesting stuff there.

      I've emailed him and he seems very open to a wide range of styles & ideas. He 's thinking very conceptually... encouraging fresh thought. The pieces he wants to animate are all relatively short... so they are a good scale for Studio Artistes. So, if you are having any doubts, I'd say get in touch with him.

Is anybody making a copy of all the material in the Tutorials Forum

Since the Forum is going away in June, has anyone started to make a copy of all the stuff in the Tutorials forum?I've made copies of some of the tutorial material on the main site, but haven't looked at the Tutorial Forum yet.I'm going to continue copying as much as I can for my own personal use anyway, but if anyone else is doing it, or has already started doing it, please let me know.Maybe we can co-ordinate our efforts. ps can't ..... believe John, would let this happen without so much as a…
