"Nü Müzak" video made with MSGs. The muzak (haha) was made with Bespoke Synth (cool free modular music program). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRSzm1-QBMI&t=305s&ab_channel=Thorrific

You can actually duplicate a lot of it's functionality using the paint synthesizer and the MSG Brush Load functionality in conjunction with the path start generators that do paint regionization.
Here's a Studio Artist 4 tip that discusses simulating the MSG Evolver Art Mapper in Studio Artist 4 in much more detail.
Any version 3.5 users can get a copy of the latest MSG Evolver build via emailing techsupport AT synthetik DOT com with the request and your serial number. Be aware that MSG Evolver will work with Studio Artist 3.5 MSG presets but will not be able to understand or work with the many new MSG processors available in Studio Artist 4. So you can't drop MSG Evolver in your Studio Artist 4 folder and expect it to work properly with the new extended set of MSG preset there.
Please I click on the link but it directed me to the getting started page. Please could you check it for us.
Thanks
If you press additional resources on the getting started tips page, you get access to tags. Clicking the MSG tag will bring up all of the MSG articles there.
On another note, is there a chance that "invert canvas texture" could be brought back into the "canvas" menu? It's now an extra step to go to IP:Default:invert after setting the canvas default color to "texture".
The ones that are missing in v4 we thought really didn't belong in there conceptually. There's many different ways to build texture or energy maps in v4, so arbitrarily putting one as a canvas erase option seems kind of odd. Same for a simple BW threshold, since there are an infinite variety of BW threshold effects you could build by using different settings in the Threshold Ip Op that probably look better. Providing the old options as favorites presets lets you execute them just as easily as in the past.
As a side note, we will be slightly modifying the v4 default color terminology in the next v4 update. 'Default Color' is kind of confusing since you can use it to set the canvas to the source image or live video captures or other things, so we're moving to 'Erase to' as a simpler labeling that i hope makes more sense to people. We're also making it easier to directly get to the various options from the erase control in the operation toolbar.
