When I batch process a folder of images using a PaSeq, the exported files are all .psd files. Is there a way to change that to tif or jpg?

Mac OS 14 compatability question

You can choose the file type you want using the appropriate preference option in the movie preferences (movie tab in main preference dialog). You probably have it set to psd.
