Can somebody put me in the direction to create something which looks as below in SA ?

Use Threshold ip op or BW Threshold interactive adjustment to segment the image based on luminance. So that gives you the hard contrast black and white. Then use a red paint preset and hand paint in the accent areas.

Or, use a different Threshold setting to build a mask that you then use while setting the canvas to the source color (red).
