How to force paint not overlap?

There are many options in preset editor,

1-How can I force SA to paint stokres not overlap each other in manual and automatic painting?

2-How Can I force it put the best stoke in size/Rotation/Color under the mouse?

  • 1) you can use start constrains, end constrains, probability, inhibit parameters, blanking and masking to define areas of the canvas (which includes previous brush strokes) that you want to exclude from being painted-- if however the paint stroke itself is defined as having multiple repetitions you will have to adjust that in the path application panel.

    2) you would need to define "best" before anyone could answer this part.

  • Here's a tip on 'Controling Where Automatic Paint Strokes are Drawn". I'd suggest reading that, and then asking questions if you don't understand anything discussed there.

Is anybody making a copy of all the material in the Tutorials Forum

Since the Forum is going away in June, has anyone started to make a copy of all the stuff in the Tutorials forum?I've made copies of some of the tutorial material on the main site, but haven't looked at the Tutorial Forum yet.I'm going to continue copying as much as I can for my own personal use anyway, but if anyone else is doing it, or has already started doing it, please let me know.Maybe we can co-ordinate our efforts. ps can't ..... believe John, would let this happen without so much as a…
