Studio Artist 4.04 is the latest point update of Studio Artist 4. So everyone should be using that version that this time. If you are still running 4.03 for some reason, it's going to time out after today, so you will need to get a 4.04 application update from us. That is easy to do, either email techsupport AT synthetik DOT com, or you can use the help desk available at www.synthetik.com under the support menu.
We added timeouts in version 4 builds prior to 4.04 to insure everyone updated properly so that they could read preset modifications we knew we were going to be adding in future updates. There are no future time outs associated with Studio Artist 4.04.
Whenever we do an update, we email customers letting them know about the update in addition to emailing the update download as well. We also post something here on the discussion forum, and at the Studio Artist News blog site. Information on the current version is also available in the topics section of the www.synthetik.com help desk.
We are working on finishing up testing on a 4.05 update release, which will be available to all version 4 customer for free in early 2012.
