Does anyone know if there's a way to limit the times a image can be used when auto-painting a mosaic? I have 2000 unigue images that I only want to be used once each (I have others that can be used as many times as needed). Is there a way to regulate this?

But I just couldn't resist as I try to make sense of what's happening. If you do a sequential movie brush indexing, then it will use them in order. Each one will be used once (until you run through all 2000, then they will repeat in sequential order).
if you are using something like brush load colorization, then this approach would be an alternative to RGB index mapping for the brush.
RGB index mapping is going to choose the one with the least color error. So if you have a large solid colored area, the same image would be used multiple times in that area.
I can explain any of this in more detail if you need some help.
