I'm looking to upgrade my Studio Artist V 4.04 but can't find my original serial number in ordere to register for the upgrade. Where can I find it? I left Synthetik support an email to this effect two days ago but have yet to receive a reply.

Michael, i just took at look at our tech support ticket logs, and i don't see any tickets with your name in the last week. The only one with your name on it is from 2012. If you goto synthetik.com, under the support menu is a 'contact support' menu option. that will take you into our tech support system and let you start a ticket. Who ever answers the support ticket can then look up your V4 serial number and give it to you.
