The support pages are all messed up!

I notice that parts of the website have been updated. However, many of the support pages have dead links, mostly to videos. Is this being worked on? Do you guys need help identifying dead links? I'm having trouble finding videos that I know exist, but can't reach.

We're in the process of reworking some of our web site, so the issues you ran into are probably because of that.

If you do run into dead links, please send that information to sales AT synthetik DOT com

Or you can start a tech support ticket and report the problems there.
