I am having trouble figuring out this site's (ning) html embed code to embed a Vimeo movie in a blog post so it shows in both the list of posts and the post itself. Currently I only have code that embeds the movie in the post itself... but the movie
Anyone paying attention would probably have noticed that we keep talking about the importance of workspace resolution vs final output resolution. And how in many situations they can be pretty radically different.
I posted a little short tutorial this morning on my personal art blog that shows an approach one can use to insure that a photo mosaic image generated by the paint synthesizer maintains the absolute rigid geometry of the tiling generated by the Path
I've got a 720 x 480 animation that I need to resize to 1280 x 720. I resized the canvas to 1280 x720, loaded the animation, recorded a single Erase Canvas to Source image, and set the # of frames/steps in the PASeq area to the number of frames in th
An early experiment of keyframing various parameters. This is also a test of how to post videos to this new version of Ning... since there is no video gallery now.
Hi everyone. I'm making a music video and being rather new to Studui Artist, I'm running into some problems. I'm trying to follow the tutorial video on automatic rotoscoping, and if I use the example video included in the SA a installation, everythin
When I run a Gallery show on a large number of processes, whether they be PASeqs, or brushes or MSGs etc., it would be really great of there was setting, in the Gallery Tab, under Preferences, that would limit the amount of time spent on any one,

I was crawling the streets of Matera, Italy today and may have discovered where SA is hiding! (see attached photo). Not meaning to make light of this great, sad mystery. But I just couldn't resist as I try to make sense of what's happening. Losing my connection to SA, Synthetik and John has been a great sadness... and if real, ends a monumental era in my creative life. love,~Victor
